Return & Refund Policy

At Resa Mitchell Cosmetics, we aim to make your shopping experience hassle-free. This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have intact packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label

  • You’ll receive instructions on how and where to return your item

Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, please reach out before initiating a return.


5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using the instructions above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product

This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.


6. International Orders – EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 10 business days to process. Additional time may be needed by your bank or credit card provider.
